La thrombose est plus fréquente qu’on le pense chez les patients souffrant de cancer. En effet, environ 1 patient cancéreux sur 5 va développer une thromboembolie veineuse et près d’un événement thrombotique sur 5 est relié au cancer. Il est donc important d’en prévenir l’apparition et d'optimiser le traitement lorsqu'elle survient. Pour en discuter, Trait Pharmacien reçoit M.
